Applications are invited for Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship 2024-25 from students who are admitted in Academic year 2024-25 for pursuing the courses mentioned below. 

About the Fellowship 
  • Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship 2024-25 
  • States Covered: Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Punjab, Tamil Nadu. 
  • Last date of submission of online application: 18.12.2024. 
  • Courses Covered: MBBS, BE/ BTech, B.Sc. Nursing, MBA (Full time), BSc Agriculture/ BSc (Hons) Co-operation & Banking. 
  •  Eligibility: Students who have secured admission under merit in the above-mentioned courses in Government/ Aided/ Government Recognised Self-financing/ Autonomous colleges. 
Who can apply? 

  • Students who have secured admission under merit in the above-mentioned courses in Government/ Aided/ Government Recognised Self-financing/ Autonomous colleges. 
  • Students who are Dependent Wards of Martyred Armed Forces personnel and admitted in the above-mentioned courses. Speech/ Vision/ Hearing impaired students who have secured admission for all Degree/ Under Graduation courses or above listed professional courses. 
  • All applicants shall be first year students admitted in Academic year 2024-25 and natives of the states mentioned above. 
  • Annual family Income of applicants shall be less than ? 3 Lakh (Income criteria is not applicable for Dependent Wards of Martyred Armed Forces personnel). 
Reservation for Physically Challenged Students

One seat in each discipline is reserved for physically challenged students. If no application is received under the physically challenged category, the seat will be utilized under the general category 

How to Apply 



Students are required to upload the following documents while applying: 

  • a. Photo of the student (Passport size, shall be less than 500 kb in .jpeg format) 
  • b. Admission Letter/ Admission Memo 
  • c. Course fee structure 
  • d. Mark sheets of Qualifying Examination 
  • e. Instructions from the University for converting the CGPA/ Grade into percentage (Mandatory for MBA Applicants) 
  • f. Family income certificate issued by government authorities. 
  • g. Nativity certificate. 
  • h. ID proof & Address proof of Student and Parents. 
  • i. Medical Certificate (applicable for physically challenged students & speech/ hearing/ vision impaired students). 
  • j. In the case of dependant wards of Martyred Armed Forces Personnel who lost their life while serving the nation, evidence showing the same needs to be submitted.
